The terms and conditions below have been written with you in mind, to ensure a successful, smooth and pleasurable shopping experience for you 🙂


  • Any promotions that are currently running will override the relevant terms & conditions below.
  • ALL items are new and carefully handpicked.
  • ALL prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
  • Serious buyers only. Last minute back out customers will be blacklisted from making future purchases.
  • Accessories (e.g. necklace, belts, bracelets, tubes etc) shown together with the clothings are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • What you see is what you get! The photos that are shown are taken personally and are not stock photography from elsewhere.
  • Every effort has been made to ensure that the pictures represent the products as accurately as possible especially in terms of colour, design and quality. In fact, the pictures have very high resemblance to the real deal in our PC. However, due to different lighting and monitor settings on different PCs, colours may vary slightly.
  • All items are described as accurately as possible to the best of our observation, knowledge and perception of the actual product.
  • All measurement done are to the best of our ability using the measurement tools that we have.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms and condition as we deem necessary without prior notice. If that affects your orders in anyway, you will definitely be informed before committing to it!


  • It’s easy to make a purchase! Just fill up and submit our online ordering form.
  • Upon receiving your orders, we will check the availability of the item. If it is available we will reserve for you immediately but if it is currently reserved, we will put you in the queue.
  • We will then try our best to respond to your orders within 1 working day. In the unlikely event that we do not reply you after 1 working day (Monday-Friday), please do resubmit the ordering form to us and ensure that you have entered the correct email address.


  • Payment must be made within 2 days after receiving the “ORDERS CONFIRMED” email which contains payment information (Maybank ac no or PayPal) from us. We will then check for the payment clearance before proceeding to send the items.
  • If payment has not been made after that 2 days, the purchase order  and reservation will be cancelled, and all the related items will be made available to the next customer in queue or to the public once again.
  • Please ensure payment are cleared before 1:00 pm on shipping days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) if you would like your orders to be shipped on the same day. Otherwise you will have to wait for the next shipping day.
  • For international orders, payment currency can either be in MYR, SGD or USD. All currency conversions will be advised accordingly.
  • More payment options will be made available in the near future.


  • All purchases will be delivered via Pos Laju within Malaysia.
  • All product prices are quoted without the shipping cost.
  • Shipping cost: RM 3 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM 5 (East Malaysia) for one item. Just add RM 1 for 2nd item.
  • Good news (applicable to Malaysia only for now): If you purchase 3 items or more, you get FREE shipping!
  • All items will go through a final quality inspection and properly packaged before shipping.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping.
  • Shipping will be arranged on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except public holidays.
  • Payment cleared and received before 1:00 pm on the above shipping days will be shipped on the same day.
  • We will send you an “ORDERS DELIVERED” email containing the tracking number after your orders have been shipped. You may then track your delivery via Pos Malaysia Website
  • Delivery may take approximately 1-3 working days (within Malaysia) to reach you after our “ORDERS DELIVERED” email.
  • It is very important that you provide us the correct delivery address and your contact number for this purpose.
  • For international orders, we will get back to you with the appropriate shipping recommendations based on the location of delivery.


  • Because we want you to really like what you buy, you may change your mind within 2 days after you receive the “ORDERS CONFIRMED” email. We would appreciate an early email notification from you, if possible.
  • Once orders are confirmed and payment has been made, NO cancellations/exchanges/refunds/returns are allowed. All sales are final.
  • We will refund you completely in the event that your purchase has become unavailable before delivery due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. no stock, damaged).
  • We will take full responsibility to rectify our mistake in the event that we deliver any wrong items to you.


All information provided to us will be used solely for processing orders, improving our services and sending product updates. We will not disclose or use your information for any other purposes unless we have to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a content violates the rights of others, or to protect anyone’s rights, property or safety. Such information will only be disclosed in accordance with and as required by applicable laws and regulations, and you will be duly informed in such an event.
